Legal #5004 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE THURSTON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS The Thurston County Board of County Commissioners (Board) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday March 3, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, in Room 280, Building 1 of the Thurston County Courthouse Complex, 2000 Lakeridge Dr. SW, Olympia, WA 98502. The hearing is to take public testimony on a proposed amendment to the County Code that would consolidate the land use code enforcement regulations from eleven titles into one location known as Title 26-Code Enforcement. The amendment would also add the authority to issue civil penalties in certain circumstances. The purpose of the amendment is to improve compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
