NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE THURSTON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Thurston County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in Room 152, Building 1 of the Thurston County Courthouse Complex, 2000 Lakeridge Dr. SW, Olympia, WA 98502. T
he hearing is to take public testimony on two development code docket items. Item A-1 is a proposal to amend the land use permitting appeal procedures to remove the Board of County Commissioners from the appeal process and direct these types of appeals to superior court. Item A-4 is an amendment to the wetlands chapter in the critical areas ordinance to incorporate changes to the Washington State Department of Ecology wetland rating system.
